You will be expected to lead the delivery of major business change programmes, applyinga variety ofprogramme and project management methodologies in line with Corporate standards. Working closely with a number of senior stakeholders, you willensure successful delivery, providing excellent project management services as well as commercial thought leadership and great problem solving skills. You will be responsible for: • Managing the end to end planning and execution of significant and complex business change programme (s) • Establishing appropriate programme governance • Overseeing delivery in the line with the agreed plan and identifying interventions • Ensuring issues and risks are managed • Identifying potential issues and creatingeffective solutions
• Ensuring Projects and Programmes are planned, prioritised and appropriately resourced • Continually assessing the progress of work streams; providing support and guidance to team members to ensure that the projects and programmes are running as planned
Who we're looking for
The successful candidatemust have: • Extensive experience of delivering complex business change programmes and managing portfolios of 20+ resources and up to £20m budgets • Have arecognised project management certification, e.g. Prince 2 , MSP and Risk Management Method • Demonstrablecommercial awareness and a proven track record in delivering business solutions • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to negotiate and influence a range of stakeholders • Strong oral and written communication • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Systematic and structured approach to tasks • Good attention to detail and drive to ensure completion of tasks to a high standard • Tenacity • Process and operational modelling skills desirable but not required • Educated to degree level
