As a key member of the management team, the Commercial Manager will report into the Finance Director.The role will focus around supporting new business pipeline as well as extensions and renegotiations.
The primary focus will be to:
Provide commercial bid support to the business and specific bids as required from time to time, leading negotiations with the company's major customers and suppliers
Commercially and legally support the business on new bids as well as extensions on existing bids and working with the Account Management Team within the Sales Divisions in closing the opportunities
Take ownership for the generation and completion of the Terms and Conditions and Service Schedules for the opportunities along with a commercial handover to post sales delivery departments
Who we're looking for
We are seeking applications from candidates with an excellent educational background including degree, with a strong analytical base from a recognised institution including a potential post graduate qualification
Candidates will have significant experience in commercial management in large companies bidding for and negotiating complex, long term, service contracts preferably within the ICT sector and have a track record of demonstrating a high level of commercial, legal and financial ability.
