TheStore Managerwill be all about working with the Branch Managers to drive results,being very sales and revenue driven, but also working as a partner with the Branch Managers to look at coaching and motivating each individual Team Member. Heavy focus on growing the business and local marketing plans so fresh ideas, input and practical support are a must.

Who we're looking for
Looking for a Store Managerwho has experience in coaching support in terms of recruitment best practice, driving down labour turnover, performance management etc. The emphasis will be very much on setting expectations with the branch managers but coaching them for performance rather than a distance relationship.
