• Supporting store teamwith allemployee relations issues.
• Supporting the Store Manager with succession planning & performance management.
• Supporting the Store Manager & management team to drive increased engagement.
• Supporting store recruitment to meet operational needs.
• Facilitating the development of the management team to maximise potential.
• Providing information & analysis & identifying solutions to improve business performance.
• Supporting line managers to integrate new employees.
• Ensuring accurate & effective administration of payroll & managing the staff cost process.
• Driving accurate deployment of store teams in conjunction with the Store Manager.

Who we're looking for
You will have:
• Previous experience as a generalist,in particularemployee relations & recruitment, preferably in a retail store environment.
• The confidence to work in a standalone role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commercial acumen & the ability to influence at all levels.
