Leadership Development Manager

As the Leadership Development Manager you will own the delivery of market leading leadership programmes to enable business success. This will entail working with key stakeholders, effective gap analysis against strategic objectives, creative design solutions, engaging facilitation and effective measurement of impact. Responsibilities:
• Proactive skill gap analysis against current and future business objectives in line with long term business strategy.
• Design, pilot and implement creative, fun and progressive learning and development solutions that support the company vision and values.
• Develop, roll out & monitor learning and development activity/delivery plan to run in conjunction with key business priorities.
• Own the design, launch and evaluation of all distance learning packages to support the provision of flexible and blended learning techniques
• Evaluate ROI and measure success of learning and development initiatives and communicate insights with key stakeholders.
• Source and manage external learning supplier relationships to ensure quality service provision within agreed budget and timescales.
• Develop regional field trainer's skill levels to enhance performance, achievement, capability and to deliver exceptional programmes
• Train regional field trainers on all new programmes.
• Keep up to date with latest learning and development trends to apply as appropriate.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
