Store Development Project Manager

The role will require management of projects from conception though to completion, snagging and handover, briefing designers, tendering of contractors and on site management of projects team. Projects will range from new store opening, refurbishments, minor works and 'shop in shop' fit out.

Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this role you must:
• Have strong project management experience within high end retail and detained knowledge of construction processes, with a natural flair for design.
• Be able to undertake detailed analysis of multiple complex projects, including running site surveys/inspections and analysing scope/schedule of rates
•Be able to monitor and manage the design process in accordance with set time constraints
• Have up to date knowledge of current legislation, in particular DDA & CDM
• Be highly motivated and able to work autonomously
• Be able to travel extensively
• Have strong communication skills
