Inside Sales Team Manager

The new role is charged with driving the junior media field sales team forward in a challenging and opportunistic era for B2B content brands. Working on several market leading print and digital titles, the telesales manager will be an aspirational sales leader, who is comfortable leading a junior sales team, while still being extremely customer focused.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
• Full responsibility for delivering the overall sales strategy of the company;
• Developing and implementing a team strategy in order to hit strict team revenuetargets;
• Strategic development of the telesales team, including coaching, KPI and Performance management, and recruitment when necessary.
•Motivatingthe teamto grow print revenues incrementally, while simultaneously driving growth on digital products.
• Responsible for sales analysis; account planning; revenue, trend, customer, market share and financial analysis,
• The TM will also be expected to run a successful Key Account Sales patch alongside management responsibilities.

Who we're looking for
The perfect candidate will be able to display previous significant success within a commercial role. The right candidate will have:
• An in depth knowledge of both media sales and telesales;
• High level knowledge and ability to use and develop sales analytics - using this information to make key and timely decisions;
• A proven track record of running a sales team;
• The ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve the highest possible standards.

While working in a media salesenvironment is not essential, it is definitely preferable.
