The role will be working in a fast paced environment with a number of work streams. You will be working as part of a large scale implementation and will be required to manage a number of projects on a day to day basis including managing resources, project plans, risks, issues, deliverables and driving them to completion. The role will be working within a large IT team and department that are currently rolling out a global implementation. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, deliverables and scope and ensuring project alignment to Gateway strategy, preparing and maintaining the Project Management Plan and all other documents used for planning progress on the project, managing project risks and related issues, including the development of contingency plans, managing communication within the project team and liaising with the Project Support Office.
Who we're looking for
Required: • Knowledge of the main ERP softwares • Understanding of the Solution Integration business process tool • Maintain the "big picture" view, keep perspective and be realistic, remaining focused on objectives • Knowledge of formal analysis and modelling techniques (e.g. business process modelling and data flow diagrams) • Previously worked in international firms as a Project Manager • Proven track of successful business relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders related to the project. • Proven capability to deliver complete and tailored projects on time
Desired: • IT Degree or equivalent • Previously worked for fast paced Business Services environments • Understanding of the main software development codes
