Reporting into the HR Director, this Reward Manager role will be to develop, implement and manage the organisations global Reward and benefits policies. Responsibilities include -
Ensuring that the compensation and benefit structure meet the business needs and are competitive in the Global market
Managing long-term incentive plans and share save schemes
Proactively recommend new remuneration programmes
Managing UK Pension schemes
Managing the annual salary review process
Implementing and managing consistent job evaluation processes

Who we're looking for
As an experienced Reward Manager you will have had an International remit within your role.
