An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Learning professional to join a highly reputable Financial Services organisation, to lead their OD & L function.
You will be responsible for the following;
• Build strong relationships with regional HRBPs and business managers/leaders to promote OD&L solutions, culture and talent development
• Consult with regional business leaders and HRBPs to deliver a comprehensive OD&L service to the region, including project management of key initiatives
• Leverage Global COE for tools and templates and adapts to local requirements and needs, as appropriate
• Provides input to Regional HR and Global OD&L strategy.
• Provide development advice & coaching to employees and leaders
• Serve as a leadership role model and subject matter expert to HR, provide guidance and coaching to enhance expertise, knowledge, and skills; including management of OD&L team
• Source external providers & manage local vendors/network of consultants across a range of training delivery, coaching and professional advice
• Contribute to global ODL initiatives, as appropriate
• Conduct external research, including evidence-based practice, and competitor benchmarking; advises on regional risk and requirements
• Key contributor to Diversity and inclusion of activities across the region
• Oversight and ensure efficient use of Learning Management System and OD&L systems/infrastructure
• Maintain OD&L calendar
• Provide high quality metrics & reporting to stakeholders
Who we're looking for
• Experience of managing learning content, processes and systems
• Experience of working as part of a Human Resources team in an international environment with a clear understanding of other HR functions
• Broad knowledge of learning curricula, ideally within financial services, failing that a leading blue chip/ matrixed organisation
• Functional expertise in learning methodologies and tools
• Consulting expertise and ability to foster excellent client relationships
• Expertise in the identification and ongoing management of vendors
• Training delivery experience
• Credible in managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Ability to adapt in a constantly changing/ evolving environment
