Sales Director

Specialist B2B Products & Solutions

To deliver the divisional revenue and gross profit budgetary targets whilst achieving cost of sales acquisition (COSA) objectives. Proactively work to improve profitability and product penetration within the customer portfolio, to acquire profitable new customers and develop new market segments. From a strategic perspective, collaborate with leadership team colleagues to develop new product portfolio extension opportunities and improve COSA ratios whilst delivering ever improving levels of customer service.

Who we're looking for
~ Significant experience of managing multi-channel, multi-site sales operations within a B2B environment
~ Proven skills in leading customer growth strategies and new client acquisition programmes
~ Significant experience in managing Sales budgets and P&Ls
~ Strong negotiation and collaboration skills together with proven experience of negotiating at board level
~ The ability to co-ordinate and lead matrix bid teams in order to grow bottom revenue and bottom line profitability
~ Proven experience in coaching and developing highly skilled sales teams
~ Experience of managing multiple contacts within a single organisation, both internally and externally
~ Ability to build strong working relationships up to senior management level within internal and external organisations
