Commercial Operations Director

To manage and develop the network of branch locations, ensuring that the required customer service levels, operational performance metrics and cost of sales acquisition (COSA) targets are achieved in the process. Proactively work to improve profitability and product penetration within the customer portfolio. From a strategic perspective, develop and implement plans to ensure our customer service strategy continually benefits from the introduction of new processes, technologies and operating models.

Who we're looking for
~ Thorough understanding and command of principles of Customer Service and Customer Retention strategies
~ Significant experience in managingbudgets and P&Ls
~ Strong negotiation and collaboration skills together with proven experience of negotiating at board level
~ Experience of managing multiple contacts within a single organisation, both internally and externally
~ Ability to build strong working relationships up to senior management level within internal and external organisations
~ Graduate or graduate calibre
