The assistant manager role entails helping the store manager with all aspects of management of the store, with particular responsibility for supervising and motivating staff to achieve excellent standards and customer service and to exceed performance targets.

Who we're looking for
Ideal candidates will have management experience from a high volume retailer where customer service and store standards are paramount. A hunger for success will be rewarded with an excellent bonus structure and extensive opportunities to progress. You will be used to managing over 40 staff and to encouraging them to exceed all store targets.

What's on offer
