This is a role that in the current economic climate absolutely requires your attention if you are a highly motivated, talented and aspirational finance professional who wants to work for a growing company.
Within one of the most recognisable businesses in Manchester the Financial Controller role offers the potential to become an invaluable member of the Regatta business. Supporting and learning from the Group Finance Director you will take on the responsibility for developing the Regatta finance function andplaying a leading role in its day-to-day running.
You will likely have had exposure to the following in order to make a quick and successful impact:
• Managing and developing all aspects of a complex finance function.
• Maintaining and developing accounting systems with experience of IT solutions.
• Developing strong and mutually beneficial relationships within finance and across the business at all levels.
• Providing an added value service to a business through the provision of insightful and accurate financial and management information.
• Having responsibility and accountability in your role to deliver results that surpass expectations.
Who we're looking for
With the current success of the Regatta business and its plans for sustained growth over the coming years this role will be instrumental in supporting the business through that period. As such, this role is reserved for qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountants of the highest calibre who can show a track record of achievement in a career that has consistently moved forward.
A background from a fast paced, product based business will give you an advantage in understanding the challenges Regatta will face, but candidates from other industries with the relevant skills will of course be considered.
