Reward and payround processes
Performance Development
Resourcing
People capability build / Talent development
Employee Relations

Who we're looking for
Essential skills needed for this role:
Good level of business acumen
Some industry knowledge
Appreciation of key financial metrics
Appreciation of financial services industry

Essential experience needed for the role:
Strong HR Generalist by background
Experience of coaching senior leaders and facilitating senior teams
CIPD Qualified
Experience in large maxtrixed organisations
