Luxury Fashion Store Manager - Heathrow

At this high profile brand your role will include:
• Liaising with international customers from across the globe
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Pushing sales targets
• Training and developing your staff
• Managing a team of 8-10 staff in a £4 million turnover store.
• Setting up Mystery shop plans

You will report directly into the Area manager and/or Regional Manager.

Who we're looking for
Luxury experience is key to your success in your application.
Basic IT and numerical skills are required
Another language is also preferable.
Leading by example, your responsibilities will include managing, coaching and developing a large team whilst also delivering the operation to be fully compliant to the company's set procedures.
