As a Senior HR Business Partner for one of the UK's most recognised retail brands you will manage a team of HRBP's (x4) across the Northern Home Counties to drive a more effective, commercial and profitable region. Key areas of responsibility will include;
• Drive improved capability and performance of your people
• Manage operational store performance
• Lead on and implement the regional HR people and business plan
• Maximise peoples potential through a more proactive HR service
• Ad hock HR project work

Who we're looking for
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will ideally have previous experience in managing middle management employees (HRM's/HRBP's) coupled with regional exposure from a large retail/hospitality business.
