As part of their strategic development plans,Calorex are seeking a high calibre Export Sales Executive or Export Sales Manager to join our export sales team in Maldon. (The scope of responsibilities will be dependent upon seniority of the successful candidate). The role will report directly to the Managing Director.
This Role will include: • Identifying and developing new markets and customers in the export arena. • Working closely with the managing director, developing export sales and marketing strategy and ensuring its successful implementation. • Maintaining and developing existing export accounts. • Developing the technical understanding of our products among our existing and potential customers. • Input to product improvement and new product specification. • Extensive travel to achieve the above.
Who we're looking for
The Person will : • Have a proven track record in developing export sales in HVAC or other technical markets. • Have strong technical understanding and ability to learn quickly. • Be a self starter, with the capacity to progress quickly within the company. • Have excellent team working and communication skills, and the ability to develop strong working relationships with potential customers and with colleagues. • (Fluency in German, or alternatively another foreign language, would be an advantage). • Live within commuting distance (90 mins) of Maldon.
