The role is primarily focussed on delivering the people data analysis and insight requirements of the Group HR functions, but also supporting the development of Analytics and MI within the business divisions. The role will support the Head of People Data and the Reporting Leads to analyse data and provide strategic people MI and insight relating to and informing the Group's people strategy.
You will be a centre of excellence providing guidance and best practice advice on people data analytics both centrally and for the segments and work with key senior HR stakeholders to provide expert and timely analytical input to the key HR people agenda requirements notably Talent, D&I and Graduate Recruitment.
Also, you will own the Monthly and Quarterly Executive reports providing value adding insight and analysis driving continuous improvement of those reports in line with stakeholder requirements and best practice. You will lead projects within the People Data reporting team, working with HR stakeholders to ensure the effective management of resources to deliver requirements on time and within budget and and manage service delivery partners to develop and maintain reporting data / tools / systems to support the effective delivery to the global teams.
Who we're looking for
• Degree qualified or equivalent qualification. • Experience in people data reporting and analysis, ideally in a complex global organisation. • Proven expert ability to analyse and interpret data and information to draw out and communicate value-add insight in a clear and logical manner. • Proven project management capability with experience of delivering medium/large projects to senior management/executive level stakeholders. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate those into people data outputs that add insight and value. • Excellent communication skills both written and face to face with a proven ability to influence and build trust with senior management and executive level stakeholders.
