Our clients team in the London office is one of the largest of its kind in the UK, with approximately 100 professional staff. It advises companies, law firms and policy makers on a range of economic, financial, commercial and policy issues.Their key areas of work are:

•Valuation

•Commercial Litigation and Arbitration

•Commercial and Public Policy Issues

•Economic Regulation

THE OPPORTUNITY
We seek experienced Consultants to work across these areas of work, with a focus on Valuation and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
This style of consulting will appeal to applicants with analytical minds who enjoy the challenge of unravelling complex economic and financial problems and delivering robust advice, often in contentious settings.

Who we're looking for
Candidates require a very strong academic record and the desire and ability to operate at a high level in an analytically-driven environment. The ideal candidates will:

•Have a degree (2:1 or above) from a leading university, preferably in economics, finance or a subject with a strong quantitative element, and 320 UCAS points (or equivalent) at A-Level

•Hold an ACA (first time passes) or CFA qualification

•Have two to three years PQE working for a major accountancy or consulting firm

•Be highly analytical with expertise in financial analysis and modelling

•Have both a strong eye for detail and the ability to step back and understand the bigger picture

•Have strong written and oral communication skills

•Demonstrate strong skills in people and consulting case management

•Be proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

•Have a positive, can-do attitude
