National Sales Manager required for UK's largest private bar and club operator, Novus Leisure dominate London's West End and City districts as well as operating eight Tiger Tigers within major city centre's from Portsmouth to Aberdeen.
Reporting in to the Sales Director, and fully supported by Head Office in London, the role of National Sales Manager is to develop and deliver the sales plan, by growing advanced sales within the brand. This will include driving growth in all aspects of 'advanced' sales (from key consumer occasions such as birthdays, through to 'full-venue hire' corporate events) within the eight regional Tiger Tigers; Portsmouth, Croydon, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow (Mansion House) and Aberdeen.
You will lead, drive and motivate the venue Sales Managers, who in turn lead teams of Sales Executives, ensuring a high level of training with development plans for each. Activities will also include the recruitment training and induction of new Sales Managers and holding regular sales meetings and conference calls to maximise communication across the venues.
In addition to people management, you will also be responsible for a portfolio of national accounts and key customers, driving business through your venues; building new relationships through prospecting and growing existing ones.
Who we're looking for
This role will suit a current National Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager who has a background in people management and who has driven sales through multiple regional venues/sites/stores. (Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, On Trade, Foodservice etc will be preferred)
You will be responsible for managing your own diary, demonstrating flexibility in line with business needs with regular visits to the venues in your remit. Your base may be a venue close to you with occasional work from home.
Due to the nature of this position, you must be comfortable with UK travel and regular expensed overnight stays during the week, but you may live anywhere in the country.
