Group Head of Leasehold Management

In this role you will provide a first class property management service on behalf of the Group companies in respect of leasehold/shared ownership homes, intermediate and market rent homes and temporary social housing. By defining best in class services you will help maximise customer loyalty and deliver value for money for the Group. As a key member of the Senior Management Team you must provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Assistant Directors ensuring that key service objectives are achieved within the context of the Life Chances and Financial Plans.
Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this exciting post, you must be able to demonstrate:
• Significant experience in building high performing operations and customer service teams across multiple locations.
• A strong understanding of property management including leasehold, shared ownership and market rent gained through extensive practical experience with a provider.
• A successful track record of service delivery within a commercial, Value for money environment.
• The bravery and insight needed to deliver change management programmes in a fast paced, customer focussed sector.
• The resilience required to deal with ongoing challenge and ambiguity is critical given current market conditions.
• First class Communications skills combined with strong intellect, credibility and leadership expertise.
• The desire and ability to travel significantly within the UK.
