You will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating supplier relationships and strategy.
• Negotiating and communicating efficiently with key suppliers.
• Supplier delivery performance in assigned commodities.
• Be accountable and responsible for all ERP processes and SAP data in order to maintain and improve ERP compliance.
• Focusing on quality, cost and delivery.

Who we're looking for
Characteristics of a buyer:

• Multi skilled, confident and intelligent individual.
• Experienced in operating in a demanding and complex purchasing environment.
• Comfortable in a fast moving world with multiple interfaces and stakeholders, ranging from new product introduction to the withdrawal of product from supply.
• Great commercial and adept negotiation skills.
• Strategically agile and able to articulate the case for change and action.
• Skilled at managing suppliers, communicating clearly and influencing their behaviour to company advantage.
• Ideally Degree or CIPS qualified or relevant experience.
