Management Accountant

The role of Management Accountant will involve the provision and maintenance of financial information to support the Finance Manager in delivering timely reporting within the financial controls framework of the business.This person will be responsible for supporting the forecast and budget processes including providing detailed analysis.It will involveworking closely with the Finance Team and and other departments in the business to develop knowledge and understanding of the financial implications of operational activity and to drive improvement in financial performance across thebusiness. This individual will be required to identify and manage cost/waste reduction activities across their area of responsibility.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be CIMA/ACCA qualified and have some/all of the following:
• Experience of manufacturing
• Experience of preparing periodic reporting, variance analysis and explanation, and balance sheet control.

• Experience of forecast and budget preparation, including calculation of fully absorbed product costs.

• Good systems skills including an ERP (Oracle preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel.
