The purpose of the Shift Manager is to take responsibility for the continuous development, improvement and overall management of the production shifts providing pro-active leadership with the key objective of ensuring the daily production plan is met with due regard to a consistent customer focussed culture of producing high quality products on time, every time. To pro-actively manage production through the efficient and effective delegation, direction and deployment of all resources available.

Who we're looking for
You will only be considered for the Shift Manager role if you come from a Regulated Production background

• LEAN manufacturing techniques
• Leadership skills
• Develop improvement plans and execute them in a effective manner
• Aspirations to progress in the business
