Marketing Manager

Reporting into the Managing Director and based at their UK Headquarters in Kent, you will be required to work autonomously and make recommendations as to the direction and development of the company's marketing strategy. Managing the overall marketing budget you will look to Improve and develop literature, customer facing collateral such as product presentations whilst working closely with Distributors and Regional Sales Manager on promotions and ensuring dealer support. Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Drive research if needed and analyse market data to help target Sales direction
• Prepare database of clinical case studies
• Adapt Corporate marketing materials to UK market
• Prepare competitors database. Analyse and track competitor activities
• Work closely with various PR companies and specialist journals
• Manage exhibitions and trade shows

Who we're looking for
Ideally from a manufacturing or healthcare focused organisation, you will possess an impressive track record as a marketing professional with demonstrable experience of utilising your creativity and innovative approach to produce and deliver successful marketing plans within a sales driven environment. You should be able to manage both a strategic and hands on role, provide thought leadership within the global marketing team and whilst not essential, the ability to speak a second language would be advantageous.
