The successful candidate would join the Marketing & Advertising team. This is a demanding role requiring a proactive lawyer to provide excellent commercial legal advice in a user-friendly fashion to a large client base in relation to the customer facing activities of the company, including:

- Marketing
-Advertising
-Retail and online activities
-Customer experience

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PQE, with experience of the following:

- commercial, contract and IP law
- marketing and advertising practice and regulation
- sound knowledge of data protection and consumer law
- a genuine interest in marketing and advertising and preferably in technology and telecommunications
- excellent drafting skills
