Telereal Trillium operates in three distinct yet complimentary areas: Property Services, Property Investment and Asset Management.


In this role the successful candidate will:

• Provide advice, negotiate and draft contractual terms with the specific aim of maximising returns and managing risk.
• Identify new business procurement opportunities, lead complex contractual negotiations, manage and evaluate new contract arrangements.
• Clarify goals with all interested parties and evaluate the needs of customers and clients in accordance with legislation & company policy.
• Provide advice on new business related contractual and commercial matters.
• Produce documentation to support new products, obtaining relevant business approvals.
• Facilitate the re-negotiation of existing contracts, amend contractual documents, reach resolutions and agreements with customers and suppliers, regularly monitor the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective, safeguarding the company's interests.
• Maintain knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and sector specific accounting requirements, relating to new business processes.
• Monitor legislative and case law developments affecting the company and its products, customers and intermediaries and recommend appropriate action.
• Conduct investigations into any technical changes or contractual disputes.
• Define, maintain and improve the bid process of the company.
• Monitor contract budgets & forecasts and manage invoices from generation to payment.
• Manage contract staff, monitor staff performance and hold staff appraisal reviews.

Who we're looking for
• Strong professional background as a Contracts Manager.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Graduates in Law, Engineering or Accountancy with a strong professional background in Legal, Commercial Property or Finance are ideal.
• Strong working knowledge of reviewing and negotiating a complex range of contracts including construction and commercial agreements.
• Working knowledge of assisting with the preparation of bids and tenders.
• Understanding of business, intellectual property and local tax/stamp laws.
