Contracts Manager

• Engage with all suppliers to ensure that they are fully aware and compliant of the organisations on going business / legislative requirements involving issues such as Environmental Management System, Corporate Social Responsibility and Health & Safety and that plans are in place to embrace these fully.
• Ensure that signed contracts are in place with all supply partners and that these are reviewed and updated as required to reflect current requirements of Group Policies, stored in a secure area with back up copies available for reference purposes.

• Maintain a network of contracts in order to enhance personal and business knowledge of supplier activity, legislation and regulation.

Who we're looking for
• Ideally you will hold the MCIPS or an equivalent qualification, but it is essential that you have relevant experience in sourcing or supply chain management involving General Insurance, IT, Data or related services.

• Other required knowledge includes a broad understanding of risk management and claims handling principles, compliance and regulatory issues, risk assessment, risk pricing and loss prevention techniques; Broad knowledge of contract law applicable to supplier arrangements;
If not already, you will also need to become fully conversant with all relevant internal policies and procedures.
