Key Account Executive

As Key Account Executive your objective is to obtain continuous rapid growth and market share, whilst ensuring company profitability and a positive return on investment for our organisation. You will also have a number of key responsibilities including:
• Identify, develop and secure larger account opportunities that will include tendered, public sector and private sector organisations.
• Making proactive outbound client contact to a defined target account base whilst also fielding inbound calls and inquiries and qualifying them for their business potential.
• Taking full responsibility for achieving long term relationships with customers and maintaining Customer Service Agreements with large accounts.
• Developing strong client rapport after contract execution to further develop the customer service needs.
• Collaborate and ensure effective communication with branch management, support services, sales management, sales representatives and account management to assist with new campaigns and offerings as well as ensuring successful process from rollout to service.

Who we're looking for
In order to be successful in this role you will possess a number of key skills and traits:
• A proven track record in sales and business development in business-to-business environment.
• Experience in winning larger value opportunities with private and public sector organisations, whilst maintaining and building on these relationships.
• Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing successful business sales and service-led relationships.
• Results orientated with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can handle change in a positive fashion.
• Motivated by success and wants to expand within a company where there is potential.

What's on offer
£30-35,000 + uncapped OTE + excellent benefits package
