The role itself is a stand alone position with a direct line into the CFO - you will be exposed to senior members of staff from day one and your career progression will be rapidly accelerated as a consequence. You will have a great deal of autonomy to make your mark on this post and develop those controls and processes throughout the business in accordance with your own business plan. You are expected to move on and branch out within a year to 18 months of your time within this position into the field that you favour.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates who have an excellent ability to communicate as this is one of the key parts of the role - you will be getting out and about into the business on a daily basis; liaising with operational and senior members of staff to improve the key processes of the business. You will ideally be at least 2 years PQE ACCA/ACA Qualified with excellent academics. You will be driven and motivated and keen to succeed.

What's on offer
£42,000 to £47,000 + car.
