This is a key hire to the marketing team and the role is a diverse and varied one, as a result the successful candidate will need to be comfortable with the following responsibilities:
• Management of the advertising strategy, budget and execution across the London region
• To devise marketing strategies and budgets for the departments within the region, and to manage these budgets
• To produce creative consistent marketing collateral to support the local business on their patch - area guides, sales materials, signboards etc.
• To be involved in the brochure redesign, and to implement this in the region
• To manage bespoke campaigns to support local initiatives
• To manage the launch programme for new offices
• Evaluate facilitate and manage local sponsorship opportunities for individual offices
• To present on marketing activity at meetings around the region
• To maintain interest and knowledge of the London property market, particularly at the top end.
• To constantly strive to raise the bar in terms of all corporate material, presentations and client facing events
The role will report into the Marketing Director and will have two marketing executives reporting directly into them; they will also be managing relationships with marketing representatives around the country, local media suppliers and external design agencies.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate / posses the following skills:
• CIM And or Degree qualification
• B2C background essential, luxury/high end retail preferred
• On and off line marketing understanding essential
• Management level
• A high level of business acumen with an ability to understand real world commercial pressures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility and enthusiasm.
