The Learning Solutions Consultant will support Employee Solutions with Learning and Development requirements across all business lines. You will be responsible for:
• Classroom-based instructor led training, such as Advanced Presentation Skills, Customer Service, Performance Management either as part of a blended programme approach or as a stand-alone module
• Delivery of learning requirements of the internal learning curriculum, including induction, Management Certificate and Situational Leadership
• Design and deliver bespoke innovative workshops working alongside business leaders
• Design and host interactive bite size webinars using Web-ex
• Validate and measure the effectiveness of learning delivered internally to ensure that objectives have been achieved and benefits realised

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a rounded training professional with demonstrated knowledge of up to date learning techniques with a proven application of usage. You will have experience in learning design and delivery at management level and below within corporate environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills with an inventive and enthusing high impact delivery style. You will be able to travel across UK and Europe for delivery of learning. An accreditation to deliver Situational Leadership II or an accreditation to deliver SHI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) is desirable.
