Reporting remotely to the Vice-President of Sales, the key focus of responsibility is to meet and exceed revenue objectives. You will have responsibility for managing a list of qualified leads and opportunities generated by the Account Development and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for leveraging a proven sales process to engage with potential customers in Halogen products and services. You will have full ownership of the EMEA market (not including the UK) and have responsibility for the growth of the region.You will be responsible for winning business through both face to face and video conference calls and be required to accurately forecast and deliver revenue. This is a solution selling role with a strong industry leader where you will deliver a "World Class Customer Experience" that reflects their values.

Who we're looking for
- Halogen Software are looking for an exceptional sales person who has a proven new business background, ideally in an IT solution role.
- You will have relevant and successful country-wide sales experience in a B2B software company, focusing on small and medium sized business (SMB).
- Ideally you will have worked in a similar international focussed role
- Knowledge of the talent management industry is preferred but other related backgrounds will be considered such as selling into HR.
- You will have exceptional presentation and demonstration skills and a proven background of qualifying customer needs and translating product functionality into client value.
- You will have a track record of consistent over-achievement against your targets and a demonstrated ability to achieve results while operating under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in at least one European language is desirable but a strong EMEA background will be considered
- You will be Degree/Diploma qualified or have the equivalent training in business, marketing or sales.
