Service Change Manager

Your team will manage and co-ordinate both internal and external resources across a variety of 3rd party supply partners to ensure that BAU change is delivered in line with business requirements, expected timescales and to budget. Examples of the types of change that your team may be expected to manage will vary and could consist of; Office moves, small infrastructure upgrades, server builds/decommissions, application upgrades i.e SQL, Lotus Notes, day to day ordering of new outlet telephone lines or corporate mobile devices.
You will own the change management process including the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and will oversee supply partners change processes, assisting where required with improvements to these.

Who we're looking for
As a Change Manager you will be :
• Responsible for analysing, assessing and delivering all infrastructure and application system change
• Responsible for ensuring all infrastructure and application changes are delivered on time & to budget
• Responsible for day to day supplier management for delivering change
With this in mind, we are looking for candidates who posess the following attributes:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management - written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office products including MS project
• Ability to deal with several tasks at the same time
• Report writing and data analysis
• Prince 2 Foundation
• ITIL V3 Foundation
