The Commercial Manager role requires you to deliver great standards, grow your team, deliver your financial controls which range from payroll to waste, to ensure your customers have a great shopping experience and always lead from the front.
The key to your success will be how you lead your team on a daily basis to ensure that the customer comes first.

Who we're looking for
You will:
*Be an existing Manager or a Deputy Manager in a large single site food multiple that is keen to prove themselves in a fast paced environment in one of the country's leading retailers.
*You must have Food retail in career.
*Be motivated every day to deliver a great experience for your customers and inspire your team to feel the same.
*Be confident on how to manage your KPI's through your team.
*Have the confidence and personality to lead your team to deliver and surpass the goals set.
Overall you need to bring your experience, your love to trade and the spark that will make you a success.
