This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join this Business Services company in the Midlands. Duties of the role will include:
• Taking responsibility for all recruitment campaigns, from advertising and response management to offer management
• Development of recruitment procedures
• Developing job descriptions and role profiling
• Design and facilitate selection centres, including psychometric and ability testing
• Take responsibility for recruitment budget control and reporting
• Internal resourcing projects, including development of a talent back and succession planning
• International assignment management

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a strong Recruitment Manager background with a commercial approach and passion to provide a value added service.
