Marketing Manager

Ideally you will be a marketing executive looking for a step up, and an individual that has a solid knowledge of high-value B2B information marketing and experience of working closely with an account management team.

Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role to devise and implement marketing plans to maximize new, upsell and renewal business within theTelecom's Research division.

Key responsibilities

1) Service Marketing:

- Evaluate, implement and measure a number of integrated marketing programs to target prospects and clients. Outputs include:
 Integrated direct mail/email
 Sales tools and support materials
• Collateral/proposals
• Presentations
• Success Stories / Case studies
• Demo
 Social media activity
 Advertising
 List build and research
 Web development and update
 Ezines
 Webinars
 Events and Conferences
 Customer Event
 Roadshows
 Affiliates & partners.

2) Product Marketing:

- Assist in devising, managing and monitoring the direct marketing strategy forthe company's report offering. Outputs to include:

 DM campaign marketing
 Online activities, ME management
 Annual plans and budgets
 KPIs and performance monitoring.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will possess the following experience and skills

- Degree level education or equivalent
- Recent demonstrable experience working in a B2B marketing role with an international high value information or research business
- Experience of working closely with an account management function
- Experience of all aspects of campaign management across the full promotional mix
- Experience in creating and evaluating KPIs and implementing learning
- Excellent collateral creation, copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Experience of preparing and maintaining budgets and cost tracking
- Highly organized and process driven
- Strong customer focus. Able to identify customers and engage them via marketing activities.
- Results driven. Able to focus on results and address bottlenecks and barriers with energy and tenacity.
