Assistant Director - Operational Due Diligence

Professional Services

London

Permanent ⁄ £75000 - £95000

Updated May 5, 2012

As Assistant Director for one of the world's leading professional services organisations. You will assist private equity, corporate and banking clients in maximising value from their investment and lending transactions.

The Operational Due Diligence team is one of the services provided for their clients by the Merger Integration team. The Merger Integration team is a market leader who have delivered over 200 major post transaction assignments (mergers, carve-outs and restructurings) and through this work have developed a good understanding of what is and what is not achievable in a pre deal benefits case and in a restructuring.

Building on this success a dedicated Operational Due Diligence team now assists clients in understanding the true operational capability of acquisitions and investment companies. The team works with their Corporate and Private Equity clients in the assessment of potential merger synergies, stand-alone performance improvements of buy-outs or operational turnarounds for underperforming companies. Working with colleagues from Corporate Finance, Consulting and the broader organisation network, the team provide their clients with a coherent overview of the business operations, performance gaps and the potential for rapid improvement.
