This is a great opportunity for a HR Administration Manager to join this Professional Services company based in the Midlands. Duties of the role will include:
• Managing the shared service HR administration team, three direct reports
• Utilise strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team, driving a culture of high quality service, operation excellence and added value
• Seek process improvement ideas and feedback from clients, making adjustments as required
• Coach and develop high performance within the team, focusing on customer service and service level agreements
• Manage resource planning within the HRSS and ensure allocation of resources and responsibilities across the team to deliver business results

Who we're looking for
To apply for this role you must be currently working as a HR Administration Manager, ideally within a professional services environment, and have a strong HR background.
