eCommerce Marketing Manager

As eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all online marketing activities,maximising traffic to our channels(general public, loyalty scheme and wholesale) through effective Online-/ Performance-Marketing (i.e. SEM/PPC, affiliate marketing, display ads). You will also be a key stakeholder in the email marketing activities of our business, with a view to support your business objectives You will maximise reach, engagement and conversion through integrated campaigns including social media.

You will be the eShop lead, managing onsite Marketing and merchandising in line with brand guidelines to optimise user experience and conversion. working closely with trading teams to manage product lines to achieve optimum product mix and revenue. You will develop trading efficiencies and scale through qualitative methods (user tests, surveys) and quantitative methods (A/B testing, multivariate testing). Identify, evaluate and implement new business opportunities, e.g through partner companies, media co-operations, features, services or business models.
Working alongside a business analyst, you will provide regular market-, competitors- and trends- analyses for the online retail business.

As eCommerce Marketing Manager you will also take responsibility for agency and vendor management - optimising ROI on our agency (creative, digital, online marketing) and vendor relationships by intelligent strategic planning, negotiating terms, closely managing accounts and performance (e.g. PPC, affiliate marketing).

Who we're looking for
Of graduate calibre, you will have experience of managing the eCommerce function for a UK retailer, ideally a fashion, clothing, sports apparel or luxury retailer. You will have a pragmatic and commercially-led approach, coupled with excellent understanding of the eCommerce function. You will work as part of a wider team, helping to build a rapidly growing business unit within a strong retail arm and a world-class brand.
