As Retail Marketing Manager you will be the first to develop in-store campaigns and communications for very well known brands for this retail organisation. You will manage the messages, work with store designers and managers as well as head office to develop communications plans and in-store campaigns. The role incorporates the full mix on retail marketing, from in store to online, events and PR.
• Create an interactive 'Designer' Website showcasing the brands with strong fashion photography and focus on price
• Create Press Releases & Press Packs and circulate to the relevant databases
• Design advertorial / editorial features for Regional or National press
• Create and maintain links with Wholesale & Trade Magazines
• Exhibit at Trade & other national & international shows
• Use Social Networking as a conversational tool to engage with customers, drive footfall into store & increase brand awareness
• Use Local Marketing to increase exposure of the stores & develop relationships with local media
• Explore regional outdoor advertising opportunities to drive awareness
• Create a loyalty campaign that builds a database quickly, enabling direct marketing to reach our target audience

Who we're looking for
As Retail Marketing Manager you must have experience of working within a retail organisation managing POS, in-store campaigns, customer messaging, creative and agency management. You will be confident with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in a similar role.
