Head of Public Sector Outsourcing

Reporting into the Group Business Development Director your remit will be to help shape and lead the service proposition in this sector with both Local Authorities and potentially Central Government as well. The role is national and therefore candidates across the UK will be considered. You will lead future bids in the sector and get involved with solutions design and commercial/operational parts of any future business. The bids will focus on FM Outsourcing opportunities both hard and soft services along with some elements of middle and back office outsourcing.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will need to have a background of bidding for FM Outsourcing work with either Local or Central Government departments and ideally have a successful track record of winning work for other FM and Outsourcing Providers in this market.You will need to be flexible to travel as necessary across the UK to meet with clients and lead the bids.

They are a well known Construction & Facilities Management company who operate across the UK with both the Private and Public Sector.

What's on offer
£80,000 - £100,000 basic salary plus car, health, pension and bonus
