Michael Page Life Sciences are searching for a talented Senior CRA or CRA II to join a rapidly growing Clinical Research Organisation. They are a leading specialist trial organisation with multiple projects running in a variety of therapeutic areas including Oncology, Cardiovascular and CNS. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRA looking for further develop within an organisation that supports and encourages internal progression.

You will perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with the scope of work and ensure all trial activity is conducted to ICH-GCP guidelines. In addition you will evaluate the quality of study site practices and ensure protocol adherence whilst escalating any quality issues to the project managers. As Senior CRA you will take on the mentoring of less experienced colleagues and encourage their professional development.

Who we're looking for
In order to be successful you will ideally have the following experience;

• Demonstrable experience of working in a pharmaceutical/ Clinical Research Organisation as a CRA
• A life sciences degree or similar
• An MSc in Clinical Trials would be advantageous
• A full and clean drivers licence
