Based in London, Reporting into the Divisional HR Manager, this role would support the Regional Manager in regards to operations and development of high performing managers whilst managing under performance. With dotted line management responsibility to in-store HR teams you will assume responsibility for the delivery of a first class HR function throughout the region. You will ensure that recruitment needs are aligned to Talent Development Review decisions and provide appropriate tools and systems to ensure that correct procedures are followed and that quality decisions are made.

Who we're looking for
•Candidate with strong retail environment experience as HR Business Partner, ideally gained with a leading supermarkets brand.
•Strong Generalist knowledge in handling complex ER cases, People Policy and Procedure, Resourcing, Development of People & Employee Engagement
• Effective network building skills and ability to use that network to influence change
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Flexibility in style to meet the varying needs of the region whilst ensuring Divisional/National consistency
• Commercially aware individual to drive improved business performance
• Knowledge of succession planning
• Demonstrable experience adding value to the business through supporting business strategy
• Multi-site management experience responsible for a total revenue of over £10 million
