3D Designer - Luggage

Our travel specialist client is searching for a talented 3D Designer to be based in their Essex head office. You will be:
• Mainly responsible for designing moulded and stitched suitcase and suitcase components. Travel bags will also need to be designed & sometimes sports bags.
• Creating technical drawingsusing Rhino 3Dfor our component manufacturers.
•Preparing presentations and story boards for clients.
•Following luggage trends on the high street, catalogues & websites to be up to date with the relevant market.
• Doing other general design duties as needed from time to time.

Who we're looking for
Strong design experience within a similar field
• Abundance of creativity
• Fluent using illustrator and Photoshop
•Good Rhino 3D experience
• Experienced in manufacturing processes (e.g. metal & plastic moulding)
• Talented, passionate about design, problem solver, and results driven.
• Vision to interpret consumer and market trends.
• Good communication skills
• Able to work at a fast pace while still producing accurate and detailed work
• Capable of taking responsibility for projects & product details from brief through to sample stage
