As a result of our continued success, we now have a new, exciting and unique opportunity for a General Manager - Retail Sales to play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.
A Senior Management level role reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for leading a successful and growing team to really drive the sales of our retail products (encompassing products as diverse as car hire, extra legroom seats, in-flight meals and retail sales). You will define and deliver effective plans to maximise the potential spend of all customers at every point of contact - online, onboard and in the airport.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial style coupled with excellent sales ability to significantly grow current and new revenue streams. You will have proven commercial acumen, be able to manage multiple priorities, and possess a demonstrable track record in devising and executing commercially successful multi-channel sales and marketing plans. You will be an outstanding sales and marketing professional, focussed on selling products to people.
