In order to support our rapid expansion, we are recruiting a talented Sales Manager to direct our execution in the following EMEA markets: Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Nigeria + ME & Africa.

As Sales Manager your role will be to drive growth of revenue& profit of home robots in directing and guiding iRobot distributor activities through consultative approach.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Establish & maintain partnerships with distribution channel partners & sales channel networks
• Staying within budgets and implementing corporate strategies
• Reaching quantitative and qualitative targets in your sales territory
• Communicating to the Sales Director in Europe & to the marketing team key local market needs and regional requirements that allow successful marketing and growth across territory
• Conduct first rate market development together with the partners
• Partner with peers in finance, marketing, operations
• Working with marketing, construct and negotiate arrangements that preserve & enhance positioning of the iRobot brand in EMEA which solidly cement it as a premium brand with corresponding price-point preservation & uplift
• Develop, communicate & execute sales plans, budgets& forecasts. Ensure transparent communication to management.

The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, passionate & experienced sales professional with a demonstrable record of driving profitable revenue growth in the high tech consumer space in Europe. You will be a champion of consultative selling, channel execution strategies & will successfully guide/manage iRobot's distributors in selected territories.

Who we're looking for
The job will require you to over achieve iRobot gross profit budgeted targets, possessing strong business acumen& ideally a background in selling a premium brand. The successful candidate will have to define the appropriate sales approaches, securing a long term development of the business & constantly make sure the distributors are executing according to the expansion strategy.
You will be a team player, well versed in negotiation, an articulate "Do'er" & above all a business person who understands how to navigate the waters of short term business trade-offs for long term strategic benefit to the P&L.

Requirements:
• Experience with European retail channels / distributor in the consumer electronics market is a MUST.
• Flexible & happy to travel frequently.
• Established track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue & P&L profitability goals. Demonstrable experience driving revenue& profit growth while elevating brand stature through a high quality execution planning.
• Customer focused, high integrity & excellent business acumen
• Consultative approach to customers/partners
