A Man-Management role in the FMCG / Consumer Durables sector withthe remit to recruit and developa team of new-business focused BDE's to sell a range of White/Brown Goods Components. Predominantly office based near to Birmingham, the role will have a direct linereport to the Sales Director, and requires a highly motivated individual with strong influencingability to coach and mentor the team to deliveron budget, margin and KPI activity. A player-manager's position, the successful individual will be expected to lead from the front, and to be a strong negotiator with a proven track record of winning profitablenew business from cradle to grave.

Who we're looking for
• A man-manager, with a proven track record of recruiting and developing a successful team.
• A new-business focused individual, who will lead from the front in seeking out and winning profitable new business
• Based within easy commuting distance of Birmingham
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG / Consumer Durables sector
• Seeking an opportunity to work for a family-run business which is genuinely the market-leader
