Business Analyst

This person will need to work with the business to define and document data flows and key controls within the business processes, ensuring that the business fully understand the documentation.

Who we're looking for
- Someone who is degree educated or equivalent with knowledge or project management tools, methodology and best practise.
- Experience of working in Financial Services
- Specific experience of projects relating to Costumer Service processes, Business process re-engineering, MI Data
- Familiarity with BPO environment
- ISEB accredited or equivalent certification in Business Analysis
